OIEPC will be hosting the quarterly Presbytery Meeting. The meeting will take place Thursday, January 26 thru Saturday the 28th. It is exciting for us to be able to host this meeting and it will require a lot of volunteer support. Therefore, we would like to make you aware of where we are going to need volunteers to assist the planning committee. We will need men and women volunteers for 7 committees: 1. Registration 2. Hospitality and Nurture (coffee, snacks and dinner etc.) 3. Parking and Transportation (Help people find a parking spot and direct them to the back porch which will serve as the entrance for registration.) 4. Ushers/Hosts (Help people find their way around the building.) 5. Chair & Table (Help set up, move & take down.) 6. Child Care 7. Audio/Video/Slide Projection and Sound Set up will be on Thursday. Take down and clean up will be Saturday afternoon. The majority of the functions and meetings will be Friday morning, afternoon and a church service Friday evening. Then meetings Saturday morning ending at noon. Please sign up for whatever you are able. We will need plenty of help.
